The Louisiana Board of Regents Uniform Policy on Power-Based Violence/Sexual Misconduct in accordance with Act 447 of the 2021 Regular Legislative Session require a Chancellor鈥檚 Report to include number of Confidential Advisors and Responsible Employees, Annual Training, Responsible Employees Reporting, Power-Based Violence Formal Complaints, and Retaliation reports received.
